Multnomah County has been approved for Phase 1 of reopening! To prepare, Salon 29 is now scheduling appointments with updated safety rules:

Here's what you need to know:

***Come to your appointment alone.***

***Once you arrive, wait in your car or outside until contacted by your stylist to enter the salon.***

***Wear a mask that loops over your ears. (Masks will be available for free for anyone who doesn't have one!)***

***If you are only getting a haircut and would like to limit the amount of time spent in the salon, I will be offering a dry haircut option (no shampoo, no blow-dry). For a dry haircut, please arrive with clean, dry hair.***

***If you or someone you've been in close contact with in the last 14 days has had COVID-19 symptoms, you must contact us to reschedule your appointment.**

***Check new prices/fees with your stylist due to increased time and expenses.***

Here's what we're doing:

In addition to the extensive Oregon Health Authority safety and sanitation practices already in place, we will be instituting extra levels of deep cleaning and preventative measures, including but not limited to:

*Client screenings prior to appointments.

*Limiting the salon to one stylist and one client at a time.

*Temporarily removing the waiting area including all magazines, beverages and snacks.

*Masks worn during all services.

*Hand sanitizer provided to all stylists and clients.

*Additional sanitation of surfaces between appointments.
